Our faithful truck #1, the backbone of Eggroll Queen’s operations, underwent a complete makeover after facing catastrophic failures in its transmission, engine, and chassis. It was a challenging moment for us, as the truck had been an integral part of our journey. Thankfully, our friend Jeff Jarzynski came to the rescue, bringing his expertise and generosity to the table. Jeff undertook the painstaking task of transferring the truck’s box from the old chassis to a new one, reconnecting every component with precision and care. Thanks to his dedication, truck #1 was back on the road, ready to serve our business and community once again.

This truck is more than just a vehicle to us; it’s our baby, a trusted workhorse that has been pushed to its limits alongside us. We’ve worked it as hard as we’ve worked ourselves, often neglecting the need for rest and maintenance. Through this experience, we learned a vital lesson: even the most reliable and hardworking things need a break. Without proper care, anything—be it a truck or a person—can reach a breaking point. This realization has inspired us to approach our work and responsibilities with more balance, ensuring longevity for both our truck and ourselves.
