In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Eggroll Queen emerged as a lifeline for families in need, especially for children who relied on school lunches for their daily meals. With schools closed and many parents out of work, Eggroll Queen took the initiative to serve 50 to 100 free kids’ meals every day. The goal was simple but profound: to ensure that no child in the community went hungry during such uncertain times.
