How We Make Our Egg Rolls

In the preparation of our egg rolls, we use only the freshest meat (ground pork or chicken), clear noodle, carrot, cabbage, sweet onion, salt, black pepper, egg, Hoisin Sauce, and Mai’s special ingredient.

No cilantro or green onion in our egg rolls.

All meat products are well cooked before being prepared in our egg rolls to ensure that they are safe for all to consume.  We also deep fry the egg rolls to reach an internal temperature of 350 oF to 375 oF to ensure that all vegetables are cooked well and have the perfect crunchy texture for your enjoyment.

We make our egg rolls with you, our Eggroll Queen family, in mind.  We know you love delicious egg rolls, and so do we.

Every once in a while, we will hold free classes for the community so that all of the members of our community can make our delicious egg rolls for themselves!
