Feed My Starving Children

January 8, 2016

It was a cold and snowy day on December 26th, 2016, the day after Christmas, Eggroll Queen and her family set out early in the morning and drove to Eagan, MN to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children.

Volunteering has always been a big part of Eggroll Queen’s life and she is passing on her believes and values to the kids so that they remember to always give.  The gift of giving will bring more cheerful and happy tears to many of the hungry children around the world.  She often said to the kids, “always give even when you don’t have much.  Remember that there are many people out there that don’t even have what you have.”

It was a two hours project and the family learn a great deal about where the food distributions are around the global, who receive the food, and how much hopes these packages of food have brought to the life of these many less fortune families and children.

If you can spare an hour of your time per month, that will help reduce the world hunger.  Please volunteer.

Eggroll Queen
