Eggroll Queen’s Mini Food Truck Season Kick-Off is an exciting way to launch the food truck season each year, starting in late March. As the weather begins to warm up, we bring together five to ten food trucks from surrounding communities to celebrate the return of great street food. Our kick-off events take place in various cities, including Blaine, White Bear Lake, Lakeville, Hudson, Hastings, Oakdale, Maple Grove, Cottage Grove, and Eden Prairie. These gatherings are not just about serving delicious food—they are a way to signal to the community that food truck season has officially begun.

These mini food truck kick-off events are open to both returning and new food trucks, offering a welcoming space for vendors who have been parked away for the winter months.
